Help!!
I initiated a site transfer to an incorrect email address by mistake. Upon realizing the error, I promptly cancelled the transfer. However, following the cancellation, my site appears to be missing from my workspace and is no longer accessible.
Has anyone else run into this? or know how to get it back?
Yes, I have received the ticket, but there has been no response for two days. I have also mentioned Webflow on X and sent a message on IG, but there has still been no response
Are you certain it’s not still in your workspace? My understanding was that sites don’t actually transfer until they’re accepted by the receiving party, so this is a bit mysterious to me.
I.e. if it’s actually gone from your workspace, that suggests the email you transferred it to has accepted it, and you need to contact them to have it transferred back.
I don’t use the feature often however, it may have changed.
