I have initiated the process of transferring a website to my client’s Webflow account, strictly adhering to the appropriate steps and using the client’s email. However, upon accessing my client’s Webflow account, I am unable to locate the incoming transfer request.
Currently, the website in my account is flagged with a “Transfer in Progress” message, indicating that the transfer is underway. But when I attempt to cancel the site transfer by clicking the “cancel site transfer” button, there is no response.
Could you please help me understand what’s happening?
