My client cannot access Editor (Console issue)

Hello! I am having an issue with the Editor. My client cannot access it and we’ve cleared browser cache and cookies. We’re still looking into it. We’ve contacted support already but they cannot help us further as it’s not part of their support to help with custom code.

We see that there are console errors but I am almost lost looking at this. Can anyone help me figure out the console error causing this issue?

Can anyone else access the editor? Can you access the editor? Did your client try accessing from a different computer?

Hi @TylerLuce thank you for posting this, this definitely sounds like odd behavior. It’s possible that custom code or browser extensions are causing that behavior.

What sites are you seeing this issue occur in? When did it start occurring? Can you send me the site Read-Only links please?

Can you please try the following:

(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off: Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help
(2) If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and send it to me: Chrome DevTools - Chrome Developers
