Maintenance of Hosting and website after integrating Zapier plugins with webflow

I have Implemented Airtable, MemberStack and Zapier with my Client’s Webflow website.
Now the client website has Users and Members that are added to member stack database and also the Webflow CMS.

So my Question is, How can Client manage to Pay for all the Integrations in one Plan. Like client will have to pay every integration turn by turn every month or year to keep it maintained. Wouldn’t that be too time consuming and unorganized way?

Is there a better way to do this?

You could bill the client directly for all services if you handled the billing yourself. There really is no other alternative. If they miss a payment on one of the tools the whole project could be jeopardized. So, make sure they understand if they are the billing responsible party.
