Hey everyone,
I’m working on a Webflow project with a Lottie animation. Everything works perfectly in preview, but once I upload it to Webflow, the animation doesn’t load properly. It uploads fine, but the assets don’t seem to load correctly.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any tips to fix it? Would appreciate some help!
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Agha_Hussain2,
So this happens because you probably have a json file that is looking for the image reference. What you have to do is to go back to after effects and on the exporting settings enable the “include in json” option. Another way to fix it if you have the image is to select your current json file with the image compress them in a zip file, open the zip file in Lottiefiles and downloaded as a .lottie file. I hope this helps!
Thanks but when uploading in lottiefiles it is giving this error
Hey @Agha_Hussain2, I don’t know why it is giving you that message, that is another indication that your file might have some errors, I would suggest you to make it again but simplifying as much as possible and including the images in the json file. Good luck!
