Looking to hire- responsiveness-clean up-scroll interactions

Hi all,

I am looking to hire someone to do a little work on my website. Specifically, making it responsive across screen sizes, general clean-up of margins, text spacing, etc. and potentially creating a scroll animation that makes in-line text “highlight” as the page scrolls.

If you are interested, I would love to chat and see if we can work something out, I am based in Canada, so a fellow Canadian would be great for ease of transactions however, not a requirement.
