Looking for a Webflow Expert to Build a Store Locator with ZIP Code Search and Card Results from CMS

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to help me implement a store locator on Webflow. The functionality should be structured as follows:

Requirements:

  1. Search Field:
  • Input a ZIP code (with autocomplete, e.g., Google Places API).
  • After entering the ZIP code and pressing “Enter” or clicking a button, the search is triggered.
  1. Results Display:
  • Instead of a map, the results should be displayed as cards/tiles.
  • Each card should include: store name, address, distance (in km), and optionally an image.
  1. Distance Calculation:
  • Based on the entered ZIP code, the closest stores should be dynamically calculated and sorted.
  • Distance should be calculated using the Google Maps Distance Matrix API or a similar solution.
  1. Webflow CMS Integration:
  • Store data (name, address, ZIP code, coordinates) is already stored in the Webflow CMS.
  • The solution should use this CMS data to dynamically filter and sort the results.

Optional but Nice to Have:

  • Autocomplete in the search field (e.g., using Google Places API).
  • Ability to filter results by radius (e.g., 10 km, 50 km).
  • Fully responsive design for all devices.

Budget and Timeline:

  • Budget: Negotiable depending on complexity.
  • Timeline: Ideally within the next 2–3 weeks.

Hi Til,

This sounds like a pretty straightforward project. I have worked with the Webflow CMS and the Google Maps APIs quite a bit for similar setups.

Happy to chat about how to get this done for you.

Not sure if you still require a solution to this but I’m building something very similar for another client atm. If you want more details le tme know but I was planning to build a React App host it on Netlify just reference the packages in webflow via their HTML and then either:

1.) Setup the Data on the website as a JSON or pull it in dynamically in the App via the CMS API through Webflow.

But for the sorting map features etc, be a lot easier to work on that in react than with what webflow can provide.

Hi Til,

in case you’re still struggling with this — we recently launched a Webflow App called Dynamic Map that handles store locators with CMS-based results, ZIP code search, and distance filters — without needing custom code.

Might save you a lot of setup time.

Hope this helps!
