TL;DR:
I have two locales (EN, RU), a CMS plan, and Localization Advanced. Previously, when I had the CMS plan and Localization Essential, everything worked fine. After switching to Localization Advanced, I can no longer edit CMS properties for the secondary locale - I get the error “You do not have permission to manage properties” (screenshot attached). The primary locale works correctly, and I can edit CMS-related properties there. Regular (non-CMS) properties work in both locales.
Toggle the RU locale off/on and republish to refresh permissions. If it still blocks edits, recheck your role’s CMS rights, plan upgrades can momentarily desync them.
Thank you, but it’s still the same (I had actually done that previously). As for my role, I’m a website admin with the Site Manager role, so as far as I understand, my account has full permissions.
it’s an odd error, unlikely to be part of the normal setup, so either something is interfering ( browser extension, corrupted cache, misconfigured router / VPN ), or you’ve found a bug.
Do the usual self-help stuff, try the same task through Chrome incognito, change networks, change PC’s etc.
If you can’t resolve it, open a support ticket and Webflow can help you diagnose and resolve the issue.
