This morning I went to check a live page on my site, only to find the font settings are not being correctly applied. This was fine yesterday. I have not made changes to the site other than to publish it to try and fix a Chrome issie with the login.
If I look at Designer, the correct font size is applied:
If you’re experiencing font loading issues, here’s how to troubleshoot:
Check your font API tokens:
Go to Site Settings > Fonts
Compare your API token with the one on your font provider’s website
Make sure they match exactly
Verify your web project selection:
In Site Settings > Fonts, confirm you’ve selected the correct web project
Ensure the fonts you want to use are included in that project
Keep in mind that font networks may take up to 10 minutes to update after making changes. If the fonts still aren’t loading after verifying these settings, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.
Hopefully this helps! If you still need assistance, please reply here so somebody from the community can help.
Have a look at the instructions on how to share your readonly designer link.
What font are you trying to set it to? Currently it shows Open Sans in the published site.
Yes, it should be Open Sans. It looks like the font is correct but the size and spacing have been altered - I have no idea how or why. The site has used these size settings since it launched. The issue is that the designer is not reflecting the changes being made in the settings for the rich text block. If I alter the font, or the size, for instance, only the embed code changes in the preview.
I’ve manually altered the paragraph sizes back to what they should be, but it doesn’t explain why these changed, or why the Designer is not reflecting them.
