Linking navigation to a specific section on a different page

Hi there! I cannot get how to link my “Work” button to my “Works-grid” on the home page of my site so that it can be accessed from any page on the site. I have looked at some other threads on here but cannot get any recommendations to work. Any help is appreciated!
