How to Link to Section on Another Page?

I’ve been hoping to link my Nav links (i.e. About, Work, Connect) to sections on the homepage that I initially anchored in three Div Blocks uniquely IDed.

I tried linking ‘About’ to an external URL with (website.com/Home#AboutMe) but keep getting redirected to a 404. I also tried disabling scroll offset when fixed button – still no luck.

I’ve tried walking through other threads on the forum, but can’t seem to crack it on my own site.
Any help would be appreciated!

You need to use a link like this /#aboutme

so strange that it was as simple as that! All of the other forum threads were suggesting all kinds of things.
