How Do I connect a nav link to a section on another page?

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is having a great week!

I’m having some issue with connecting a nav link to a section on another page. As you can see in the video clip;

When I click the My work link on the Home Page, it takes you to the Take a look at my work section. But on the other pages such as “About me”, “Ornate”, “Vemist”, “Meown” when I click on the My work link - it does nothing.
