LinkedIn ad conversion tracking specific event (button click) using Google Tag Manager

I’m looking to implement conversion tracking from my LinkedIn ads via Google Tag Manager. I have my account set up and the LinkedIn Insight Tag implemented for all page views. I’d also like to track specific events like a button click or form submission. See below for current GTM tag and trigger setup.

I added a custom attribute to the button in hopes that it would match the “Click ID” in GTM but this doesn’t seem to be working. See example below:

I’m notified in Hubspot every time this form is submitted so I know conversions are happening - but there is a disconnect somewhere between Webflow and GTM. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
