I was struggling with the same problem for the whole day but now is solved. I copied the section where I want to be scrolled down and added this section on top of the desired section. I deleted all things of this section on top except the boxes for: Section, Container, Heading (in my version). Then, I deleted the content of the box “heading” but not the box itself, so nothing is visible(I can’t just set the content to invisible in webflow, I have to actually delete it, otherwise it scrolls to the wrong place again).
