Layout solution for Internet Explorer needed

We are having issues with the layout of our website (https://www.switchup.de) in Internet Explorer and haven’t figured out yet how to solve it. Specifically, I am referring to the box on the right side (the one saying “Automatische Optimierung”) and the text in the blue container at the bottom. Hence, any advice is very much appreciated.

Specifically two things render incorrectly:

  • Text layout: We are using the flexbox. Am I correct to assume that this isn’t working in IE, even the latest version? And what is a good work-around for that?
  • Image quality: for some reason, the image quality of the logo looks very different in IE than in Chrome & Firefox. What is causing this and any advice on how to fix that?

I am no expert when it comes to these things and thus would very much appreciate your help!
