We paid for the website only after webflow shut it down. Now everything is paid for, but the website still doesn’t work. It throws a 403 error. How do I restart it? Or should I wait and it will start by itself? Thank you very much

If it was shut down then the site plan was cancelled.
If you’ve established a new site plan, you need to make certain the domains and configuration you need are there, and publish it.
Anything beyond that, it’s likely only support can help you.
