Is there a way to filter a collection with another collection that is multi-reference?

Hey everybody,

I have a CMS called projects that link to another CSM via a multi-reference field (tags). I was wondering - is there any way to filter the projects CMS with it’s associated multi-reference tags (which is also a CMS?)

I have linked the read-only link below, and if anybody has any tips on how to filter a CMS with another CMS, would really appreciate the resource!
