As the title states, I’m unable to transfer a project over to a client. They signed up on Webflow and verified their email, but can’t receive the site. Any idea what’s up?
Hi @Andy_McErlean1, thanks for your post. I would contact to the Webflow Support team to help with the transfer trouble, either from the Webflow support page at Webflow Customer Support | Webflow University or by direct mail to email@example.com.
Since the information involves private account information, it is best to contact directly to Webflow support.
There could be other reasons such as the target site dashboard being full already without a free site slot being available for the transfer. The Free plan allows for 2 unhosted site projects.
