Input fields for my website

So I’m making a input field for my web page for user to submit a order. However I don’t seem to be able to get this done with the standard Webflow settings and will need to write custom code I think.

I want to style the multiple choice button the same as the input fields (like in my design) , and the rocket seem to be changing size / glitching all the time.

This is my design:

So what is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance!

Yes the project @donaldsv posted will help you with the select field. Also, I have had the glitch problem as well with images resizing. What I would do in that situation is create a div and set the background image of that div to be the rocket and it is essentially the same as having an image element there. Hope that helps!
