Index new WWW vs old non-www

About 4 months ago, I rebuilt my website with Webflow from WordPress.

I set my primary domain to www.domain.com with Webflow rather than using domain.com b/c it was quick and easy. I’ve also submitted a site index.

Still, Google is displaying links that go to my previous domain.com. I have set redirects on anything like this to go to my homepage, but my question is how can I get these to stop appearing in Google? Is there a way to tell Google that these pages don’t exist anymore?

Hi Mike,

Have you verified your preferred domain www.domain.com in Google Search Console?
If not, do that first, then submit your Website’s Sitemap to the Search Console, and check the webpages indexing status. Search Console will take 1-2 days to show your website’s data.

I hope this helps you to get your new webpages indexed on Google!
