Incorrect hreflang links with autogenerated sitemap

I’ve read the Webflow article on hreflangs re-localisation. We use the Advanced localization plan that generates hreflang tags in our sitemap, which is autogenerated.

However, Semrush is showing a number of issues with incorrect hreflang links, with the issue type being “Broken hreflang URL.” I couldn’t discern any such issues by looking at the sitemap itself.

Can anyone recommend a fix? Would be grateful for some clarity from Webflow as well.

Webflow does a good job with this, I haven’t seen any issues either with the alt lang URLs in the sitemap or in the pages. You’d have to look more deeply at the specific error message you’re getting, otherwise it’s probably not relevant.
