Importing CMS via CSV - how to format bulleted list?

I am importing my CMS items via a CSV list. One column in the CSV contains a bulleted list like this:

• Premium-Paket 2 • Ford SYNC 3 mit Navigation • Premium Sound System

However it gets transfered to Webflow like this:

� Premium-Paket 2 � Ford SYNC 3 mit Navigation � Premium Sound System

What I would like would be this:

  • Premium-Paket 2
  • Ford SYNC 3 mit Navigation
  • Premium Sound System

What do I need to replace the dots with so that Webflow understands?
