Images in div not appearing in mobile

I have a site that’s performing great in all but the smallest mobile phone preview. The icons in the section for Technology Partners disappears when I go to the mobile preview but works fine otherwise. I’m not at all sure what to do and I’m going nuts!

To replicate the problem, first view the site in normal full-size browser mode. Scroll to the Technology Partners section. Then view the site as a mobile device and notice how the icons disappear.

On the “Hero Logos Container”

On the mobile view - the display setting was set to “none”
