I have a problem with stying the Heading in CMS

Hi, I have a problem with stying the Heading in CMS, I did what I usually do to stying the heading (Disconnect my RTE from CMS then style the heading, after that reconnect my RTE back to CMS) which work with the other projects.

However this project is shared with my client’s IT support and somehow I couldn’t use the same method to style the heading, it’s changed in the Designer view, but not when the project is published.

You have some conflicting styles coming from bootstrap.

Thank you, I will ask my client where they put the bootstrap code, or maybe you can suggest where I could find it.
