How to use rows inside a form block

I’m trying to create a form style similar to the below, however using a row so that the form fields cascade at smartphone viewports.

I’ve tried creating a div block, inserting the form and then dropping a 3 col row in on top. When I try and drag form elements the form block isn’t recognised. I’ve also tried adding a form block to each column, however validation doesn’t work and the success state shows other fields that should roll up into the single form.

Can anyone tell me how to use rows in a form block?

Hey @grandtheftpixel all you have to do is drag a responsive column into the Form element and then drag the Form field into that a column.
