I was wondering if it was possible to restore only one page from a backup. I’ve just realised that one page has been deleted from the current version and do want to get it back without losing everything else that was done this week.
I am sorry but I don’t understand how to copy and paste the page from the older version to the current one. (Despite the fact that I don’t know how to create a div and copy it, I don’t even see how to copy a single element to the current version…)
Really sorry… Do you have any guide to provide maybe?
I managed to duplicate the site, restore the backup on the first version, copy and paste the missing page in the new version.
My problem now is that the new duplicate site (with all the correct pages) is on the starter plan, while my original site is on the CMS Plan but I can’t use it anymore.
What should I do to deal with that ?
Edit - Solution :
Once again copy the page from the new version of the site and paste it back to the old one.
I have been attempting to use the copy/paste functionality of the right-click context menu but it doesn’t seem to work. I have used the keystroke ctrl-c/ctrl-v successfully within the mainline but from a read-only backup snapshot to the mainline.
I have not tried copy/paste between to different projects, which I believe is advice given here. Does it work?
I tried copy/paste again today and this time ctrl-c from the read-only backup and ctrl-v on the project mainline worked. The wrapper I copied was a static div with nothing fancy inside.
