I need some assistance with integrating Google Reviews into my Webflow site. Specifically, I want to avoid using third-party services. Is it possible to do this directly on Webflow without relying heavily on custom code?

Check Made in Webflow, there are some projects there that IIRC use the google API directly. Lookup Jason Dark’s work, I think he has a demo in this area.
Downsides- it’s just a snapshot of recent items, so you don’t get the SEO value of your full review history or the ability to selectively place them.
To do that I use an automation platform and bring the reviews into the CMS.
If you’re concerned about monthly costs, just use something like Make .com’s free plan.
