How to get Figma files for a purchased template when the email request does not reply?

Hi All,

I purchased a template that had the “email x@(domain).com” here to get the Figma files for this temple. I have emailed with the invoice number but have not had a reply. I need the files to get to work. Does anyone have any suggestions to get the Figma files for a site/template?

I’ve had a similar issue. Unable to find the Figma file and the email does not reply.
