How to filter out a selected blog?

I have a blog detail page where at the bottom I want to show 4 other blog items (so far so good).

In my CMS collection Blog Post I have a Reference field to select a Blog Post called “Featured Blog Post”. On the Post Detail page I have one large element showing this featured blog post and under neath I have a collection list showing the 3 most recent posts.

I want to filter out the featured blog post from the collection list with the 3 most recent posts.

The problem is with the current filters I don’t see an option to filter out the featured blog post from the 3 most recent blog posts, so I now have the same post showing twice.

Is there a way to filter it out?
