I am trying to build a form that has 3-4 questions and then gives you results from a database (I guess Webflow’s CMS) that have different categories. The database will be a list of mental health apps, each with a different category/categories (suchs as for anxiety/depression/PTSD, or for women or men or both). So the form will result in generate a list of apps that fit the criteria of the categories selected in the form.
Any idea how to build this in Webflow? Can it be done just using Webflow’s own CMS or would I need a third party plugin or custom JavaScript?
