How to automate a posts for a job board site?

Hello all,

I have built a job board on my website where each post is listed as a CMS item but currently, I am adding jobs manually and would like to know if anyone can offer any ideas on how to speed up/automate the process. I would like to be able to add links to a company’s website and scrape things such as position title, job description, language, city/location, experience level, department etc… into a google sheet and then import it as a CSV to my CMS. The only problem is what I have tried has not worked with that (import xml xpath query). Is this the right way (if so, how can I do it properly) or is there another way?
