How to add a field in the meta description and Title Tags?

episode and after watching I tried the application, but unfortunately I did not see the window to add a field in the meta description and Title Tags

This “+ add Field” is only there at collections pages. So if you edit a static page you cant use a CMS Field. If you edit a CMS Pages you can “add a Field” from the CMS as TITLE or DESCRIPTION.
