How do I create a 'read more' link to my blog post from a collection?

I am creating a blog and made a collection list. I set up the collection page, but you can’t click on anything in the collection that will lead to the actual post. I created a read more button, but how do i link it to the pertaining post? Or even if they click on the title, how can it be directed to the actual post?
