I bought a template in Webflow and did some design work. Then, when I deleted the tr1 box in the header, the layout got distorted. I want to copy only the home section from the original template design and try working on it again. How can I do that?

I’d recommend in the future you make a copy of the template as a reference backup before you do any work, and inside your project, clone and draft pages before you begin deleting elements.
At present your only option is to use the backup feature, you should be able to view the site template in its earliest backup instances and hopefully it will have everything you need.
