Hide or show section based on country

Hello,

Is it possible to hide a section based on the viewer’s location? For example if you are viewing the website in the US on the home page you’ll see Section 1, and Section 2 will be hidden, but if you’re viewing in Italy you’ll see Section 2 and Section 1 will be hidden.

I’m trying to avoid creating location-specific sites since all information on the entire site will be the same except on the home page there will be one small difference between countries.

Yes. It is possible with third party tools. Take a look a Google Optimize for example.

Do you know if this would work with collection items and pages? Or would that only work on a page by page basis?
