Help - ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

My clients IT guy is changing the DNS/nameserver so we can get the site on their server, but there is an SSL prot. error (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR)
Does anyone have any insight on what the issue is?

If you exported a site then you have to get your own SSL certificate installed on the web server you host on.
