ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR Encountered by Client in Switzerland

I am a web designer based in France, and I recently completed a website for my client, who is located in Switzerland. While the website works perfectly on my end, my client encounters the following error when attempting to access the site: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Here are a few details t

The website was created and is hosted through Web
SSL is enabled in the Webflow hosting settings.
DNS settings seem to be correctly configured and propagated.
The issue appears to be specific to Switzerland, as the site functions correctly in France.
Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue?
