When you make changes to DNS records It can take easily up to 24 hours for those changes to propagate across all the DNS servers that cache results for users. So if you don’t wait until that happens and fiddle with records you can create a scenario where some people get one thing and others something different.
The DNS servers that resolve for my machines all show the correct site with no issue. Soon your will too. The other thing to remember is that there is a DNS resolver on your client machine where results can also end up being cached. You can look up how to clean that cache on your respective machine and OS.
