can someone help out with an Google Searh Console issue. It does not index my page, following error: Failed: Hoastload exceeded

I have just resolved the same issue
The cause of the problem is unknown to me. However, I have reset my whole website and now Google is crawling it
There may have been a theme or plugin issue (code issue).
