Unable to create search index on CMS hosting

I have CMS hosting plan on my site, I have done everything as described here, a week has passed, I have published the site several times and the search index still hasn’t been created. The manual indexing also doesn’t work. When I press manual indexing then the loader loads for 10 minutes, but nothing happens. This is what it looks like:

I don’t have password protection either. I have shared the read-only link below. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong here?

Looks like you’re doing everything right, have you contacted support yet?
That’s your next step.

Contacted them and it seems to be partially resolved now. At least it’s working for static pages. Not CMS items though.
