I am having a little issue with my published site and Google search console (please see the pictures). I’ve not had this before with other sites, and I can’t see what is wrong.

You’re fine.
Your default domain is your www subdomain, and you have SSL enabled, so your full default domain is https://www.earease.uk.
Anything else will redirect, including unsecured http: protocol links, and root domain requests, e.g. https://earease.uk.
When you setup GSC, make sure to give it the correct origin, above-
Also make sure your canonical URL is setup properly, if you’ve left off the s or the www, you’ll get a lot of errors.
