I got some problem with search console 
All my non - WWW page are not indexed, wich is normal it’s just the domain name

Do you have some ideas how to fix this ?

Do you need the Read site only for Dashboard part ?
That’s perfect. Those URLs are not - and should not - be indexed because they redirect. You don’t need to change a thing.
For example this is not indexable since it redirects;
https://ferrstudio.ch/project/aem
But the page it redirect to is indexable
https://www.ferrstudio.ch/project/aem
A great thanks Michael, there is no way to remove the non-indexable page ?
Also SEO google didn’t take it in consideration ?

It does not exist. GSC is just informing you that it found a link somewhere on the Internet ( or your site ), which is not indexed because it’s redirected. You’re fine.
There is no page at that URL to index, you can check to ensure the correct URL with the www is properly indexed.
