Getting Error, Please enter a valid email address for: Email

I keep getting the error referenced up above. I have looked at previous forms for this and nothing has been working for me. I don’t know what else to try. The other forms have said to change the input into plain instead of Email and that didn’t work. Then I tried deleting the input and remaking it and that didn’t work. I have also just tried renaming the input and that didn’t work. I don’t know of any other options to try, but I am all ears!
