You need to set up the form information in the site settings so it knows what email to go to. http://help.webflow.com/elements/forms

Thank you so much. :slight_smile: Unfortunately it is not working. Here is what it looks like.

Maybe it is something I am not doing correctly in settings. I have two forms. One is working and the other is not.

Hi @ailieinc, sorry for the ongoing forms trouble. It looks like the email field was duplicated and kept the email validation on the subject field of the form. The resolution will be to rename the Subject field to some other name than Email 2, and then reset the text type by clicking Email, then click back to Plain Text. After that, republish the site and the issue should be resolved :slightly_smiling:
