General Design Question: Best way to show animation on a computer screen image?

Currently - I am trying to use an animated GIF to show the features of a screen shot on a laptop screen (See read only link below, it’s the centered laptop image) But, working with a decent res GIF of that length and color is making the file 9,000,000 GB big and impossible to work with.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can show a 30 second animation, which I’ll have to photoshop ON TO a laptop screen, without being a GIF? Or a high resolution GIF with small file size (I know, I hate these type of questions, too. :stuck_out_tongue: ) Let me know if you have any ideas of what I can do.

Thanks,
Taylor

good question. What if you made a video and used the background video component instead?

FoneLab Screen Recorder can record video and create gif images, you can try.
