Form Submissions sent to an email showing inputs?

My site has a few forms that i created, but i noticed when i submitted the form during testing the email i received did not show me the inputted information? I have the site hosted on GoDaddy, is there a way for me to see the form inputted information by email? My client is a doctor office, and they would prefer the form submissions to-go directly to their email.

Webflow forms to not work on self hosted sites, unless you use a third-party form processor that you integrate.
