Form not submitting on mobile


Hello all,

just launched my site but after a week came to the conclusing that my form on my contact page is not submitting data from mobile.

Im probably loosing alot of customers.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?

If you’re experiencing issues with form submissions, here are some key troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Ensure your form has a Submit button, not a regular button. The Submit button type is essential for proper form processing.

  2. Check the Navigator to verify all required form fields are visible and properly configured. Hidden or misconfigured fields can prevent submissions.

  3. If you have reCAPTCHA enabled (Site settings > Apps & Integrations), make sure you’ve added a reCAPTCHA element to your form. Forms with enabled reCAPTCHA won’t submit without this element.

  4. Review your form settings to confirm there are no custom form actions in place. Custom actions can interfere with Webflow’s form processing.

  5. For Starter Site plan users, check your form submission limit in Site settings > General > Overview. The free plan has a 50 submission limit.

Hey Tim, what is it that brings you to that conclusion?

What device types / browsers have you tested? Are you seeing an error? Does console logs indicate anything is failing?

I filled the form on 2 seperate phones but when i press “verstuur” nothing happens. no error code or anything but the form doesnt sent. On the Pc there is no problem end i get the: this form is send notification

I tried this and nothing helped. Hopefully someone can help me.

I looked further into it and when i turn off : bot block i can submit the form. So it thinks that i am a bot?

I can’t guess, could be that your phones are on a VPN and getting misidentified. Could be something with your carrier’s configuration.

Are they iPhone? Android? What browser?

I’ve just tested from an Android phone, Chrome browser, and it went through fine.
