i have a big problem. My form button doesnt work on mobile phones but on desktop its no problem. Z-Index change to 99 doesn’t work too.

Have you enabled Bot protection for your forms in the Webflow Site settings → Forms → Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection section (as shown in screenshot).?
That can lead to a few seconds delay before the submit button becomes active to enable form submission. That being said, I was able to submit the form on my mobile device, you should have received it on your end as well.
You can check your site on incognito mode in the mobile device and see if works. If not, you can disable the bot setting and test it out. And if you want to enable the setting, make sure some other custom script is not conflicting with it just in case.
