I have run into trouble when using the checkbox method in each collection item and what data Is passed to the form and email as the checkbox is the same for each collection item.
Following on from this I have used the embed html and used the following code to create a hidden field and pass the data I need
Has anyone done this successfully and if so what am I doing wrong.
