Forms with dynamic checkbox values

Hi there

I’ve built a contact form which includes checkboxes populated by collections.

It works great, have used html embed and populated the values.

The checkbox values are populating fine when I inspect the live code, but still I’m getting the value as false coming on the email that comes though.

I don’t understand…

Can anyone help me please?

For anyone else who has this problem, I didn’t find a solution but used multiple select boxes instead.
